Services and Pricing

I offer two session lengths for individual adult counseling: 50 minutes or 80 minutes. Generally speaking, most people prefer 50 minute session. I reserve longer sessions for those doing deep experiential work that may need a little more space and time.

Time and schedule allowing, I prefer our initial session to be 90 minutes in length. Getting to know you is not something I want to rush.

I offer telehealth sessions a few days a week. Telehealth sessions take place through a secure, HIPPA protected, video platform. This will require a stable internet connection and either a computer or phone with video and audio capabilities, as well as a quiet, private space to meet. I also offer the possibility of walk and talk therapy virtually, schedule, needs, ability permitting.

Initial 90 Minute Session - $180 This Intake Session allows you to relay important background information as well as what currently brings you to counseling.

Individual 50 Min Sessions - $150

Individual 80 Min Sessions - $180

Insurance not currently accepted, but I am happy to provide you with a receipt for out of network reimbursement
